PT ENTROPI GLOBAL MARTECH ("we," "us," or "Company") operates ENTRO.LY, a business dashboard platform for TikTok creators. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our services.

1Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, connecting your TikTok profile, or using any part of ENTRO.LY, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2Eligibility

To use ENTRO.LY, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Have a valid TikTok account in good standing
• Comply with TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Provide accurate information during registration
• Not be prohibited from using our service under applicable laws
• Indonesian citizen or operating in Indonesia

3Account Registration and Security

3.1 TikTok OAuth Connection

ENTRO.LY uses the TikTok Login Kit for secure authentication. When you connect your TikTok account:

• You allow us to access certain data as disclosed during the OAuth process
• You can revoke this access at any time through the TikTok app settings
• You remain responsible for all activities in your ENTRO.LY account

3.2 Account Security

You agree to:

• Keep your account credentials private
• Notify us immediately in the event of unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4Permitted Use

You can use ENTRO.LY for:

• Track and analyze your TikTok content performance
• Create professional creator portfolios
• Manage brand partnerships and campaigns
• Access analytics and insights about your audience
• Receive notifications about your content
• Track TikTok Shop and TikTok GO performance

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations in Indonesia
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Attempt to access other users' accounts without permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the ENTRO.LY platform
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access our service
• Share or sell your account access to third parties
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Using ENTRO.LY in a manner that violates TikTok's Terms of Service

7Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 ENTRO.LY Property

All content, features, and functionality of ENTRO.LY (including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos) are owned by PT ENTROPI GLOBAL MARTECH and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws applicable in Indonesia.

7.2 Your Content

You retain all rights to your TikTok content. By using ENTRO.LY, you grant us a limited license to:

• Display your TikTok profile information and videos within your dashboard
• Generate analytics and performance metrics
• Create public portfolios (only if you opt-in to this feature)

This license ends when you disconnect your TikTok account.

8Service Availability and Modifications

8.1 Service Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of ENTRO.LY at any time
• Change features, pricing, or service tiers with 30 days' notice
• Perform maintenance that may temporarily interrupt service

8.2 No Warranty

ENTRO.LY is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Data will always be accurate or complete
• TikTok API access will remain unchanged

9Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• PT ENTROPI GLOBAL MARTECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (or IDR 1,000,000 if you're on a free plan)
• We are not responsible for TikTok platform changes, API restrictions, or account suspensions
• We are not liable for data loss due to TikTok policy changes or your account disconnection

10Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PT ENTROPI GLOBAL MARTECH, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal costs) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of TikTok's Terms of Service
• Your misuse of ENTRO.LY
• Your content or data

11Termination

11.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Disconnecting your TikTok account via TikTok's app settings
• Contacting our support team

11.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in prohibited conduct
• Violate TikTok's policies (resulting in API access loss)
• Fail to pay for premium services (if applicable)

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to ENTRO.LY will cease immediately
• Your data will be deleted within 90 days (per our Privacy Policy)
• You remain liable for any outstanding obligations

12Third-Party Services

ENTRO.LY integrates with TikTok and may integrate with other third-party services. We are not responsible for:

• The availability or accuracy of third-party services
• Changes to third-party APIs or policies
• Third-party terms, privacy practices, or content

13Dispute Resolution

13.1 Applicable Law

13.2 Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation as a first step
• If unresolved, disputes will be settled through arbitration in Tangerang, Indonesia according to the rules of the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI)
• The courts of Tangerang, Indonesia shall have exclusive jurisdiction for enforcement of arbitration decisions

13.3 Class Action Exclusions

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

14Miscellaneous

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PT ENTROPI GLOBAL MARTECH regarding ENTRO.LY.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

14.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

14.5 Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
